One of the most important person-to-person communication skills is the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
Feedback is the breakfast of champions.
It is also one of the most challenging. Indeed, a feedback session can raise anxiety and stress levels in both those giving and those receiving feedback.
The good news is that it does not have to be painful if you develop your feedback skills.
